Clairton Public Library

Clairton Library is a Family Place Library located at 616 Miller Avenue, Clairton, PA 15025. A Family Place Library believes that literacy begins at birth and that libraries can help build healthy communities by nourishing healthy families. We are committed to engaging kids in play which is a crucial part of how kids learn to communicate, cooperate, and think creatively. We invite you to come and explore our play space.

Library Hours
Monday - 9am to 6pm, Tuesday - 9am to
5pm, and Wednesday through Saturday - 9am to 4pm.
Board meetings are open to the public and are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 5pm.

The mission of the Clairton Public Library is to serve as a Center to provide informational resources, programs, education resources, and enjoyment for everyone in the community.

The vision is to enhance our status as one of the better public libraries in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Memorial and Honors Books

Books may be donated in memory or honor of a relative or friend. If money is donated; the librarian will purchase a book, send a special card to the family and a plate will be placed in the book with names of the honored person and the donor.
